Once your dog is bathed, clipped and trimmed to perfection, we’ll pamper them with some good old-fashioned cuddles. Our staff utilises playpens and safety crates to keep your pooch safe and secure while they mingle and make new friends. If your dog is anxious or unsociable, we'll organise a private space for them to avoid any unnecessary stress.


PRICING

Pricing above is estimated. Our team will quote the best we can with the information provided. Compliance, time taken, matting, extras services can vary in pricing after quotation/ during grooming appointments.


DURATION

Please, allow between 2-4 hours (depending on the size of your dog, coat condition, type of trim and/or time of year) for each grooming appointment.


CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS

48 hours notice is required for grooming cancellations/rescheduling so we can fill your appointment. If less than 48 hours or no-show, a cancellation fee will apply.


COLLECTION TIME 

We hate crating your pooch for extended periods of time. We do expect you will be on your way as soon as possible (within half an hour). Fees may apply if longer crating is required.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does ‘small’ mean?

Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large vary between weight, size and coat. Depending on these factors can vary the time taken and pricing for your dogs groom.

How long will you need my pooch for?

We don't allocate a set time frame for the services we offer.  Our services are not only about making your dog look clean and trimmed, but also about catering to the individual needs of your furry friend.  If this means that we need to take things slower due to their anxieties or temperament, then we will. We pride ourselves on giving your dog the pampering they deserve.

How do I book with you?

You can either call us on 0400 403 411 or enquire online, and we’ll get back to you. It’s that easy.

What Shampoo & Conditioners do you use?

We stock a variety of shampoo and conditioners for all fur and skin types.  This also includes products for sensitive skin and medication treatments. All of the products we use are Australian made, with a natural soap free base - they do not contain any SLS/SLES or PARABENS.

When should a puppy be groomed for the first time?

Best practice would be between 16-18 weeks.


In our experience, a puppy's first groom between 16-18 weeks is more of a get-to-know-each-other experience. This is because most owners still like a gorgeous fluffy puppy with not too much to take off their body length. It is important to have that first experience kept short and fun so your puppy will be ready for the next grooming more confident.

How often should I get my poodle mix groomed?

It is recommended that poodle mix breeds are groomed every 6 weeks. This is to prevent the coat from growing too long which results in severe matting of the fur.

Cavoodles grooming needs

Cavoodles have moderate to high-maintenance, needing to be brushed weekly and clipped every 6 weeks. They have long gold, tan, cream, black or brown hair, with or without markings in the same colours. Their ears require frequent cleaning and their teeth require frequent brushing. Anal glands also need checking and are occasionally externally expressed. We only work on what is required and will not fix anything if it is not needed on a particular visit.
